Position Purpose
The Operations Support Specialist (OSS) is the tactical executor of Corporate Sales operations. Their mission is to ensure that each operation advances correctly within the defined operational flow, guaranteeing accuracy, traceability, and compliance with critical SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational execution: Capture and dispatch operations in the system; validate instructions, beneficiaries, and references
- Transaction flow support: Apply checklist for each operation, maintain complete traceability
- Quality and error control: Use capture checklist to prevent omissions
- Accounting and administrative support: Review and reconcile basic customer portfolio balances
- Daily closing support: Prepare closing evidence and incident log
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in back office operations, payments, or transactional processing
- English for written and oral communication
- Advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of ERP systems
- High sense of responsibility, order, and operational discipline

Corporate Sales Executive

At Order Express, we're growing fast — and we're looking for a Corporate Sales Executive with proven experience managing corporate clients, a passion for results, and the ability to build long-lasting business relationships.
Your mission will be to develop new business opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand our corporate client portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies focused on growth and profitability
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and business expansion with key partners
- Prepare commercial proposals, sales reports, and monthly forecasts
- Generate and qualify leads, contacting prospects to drive new strategic business signings
- Focus sales efforts on competitive takeaways and new business development across small and medium-sized companies
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Order Express products and services, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively position our value proposition with business owners and decision-makers
- Plan and manage corridor and product strategies in collaboration with marketing, corridor, and product managers to drive volume growth
- Maintain an up-to-date database documenting sales activity, market trends, goals, and performance metrics
- Leverage data and reporting tools to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B or Corporate Sales, with a proven track record of success managing corporate accounts
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and accountability
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
